These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the Cosmic Cleaners website or book a cleaning service with us. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Cosmic Cleaners is a residential and commercial cleaning service based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Booking & Scheduling

When you book online or by phone, you're requesting a cleaning at the date and time you select. We'll confirm your appointment and contact you if anything needs to change. Prices listed on our website are starting estimates; final pricing may depend on the size and condition of your space.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This lets us offer the time to another client. Repeated last-minute cancellations or lockouts (when our team can't access the space at the scheduled time) may be subject to a fee.

Access to Your Space

You're responsible for providing safe access to the space being cleaned, whether by being present, sharing a key, or providing a door code. Please secure or set aside any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before your appointment.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless arranged otherwise. We'll always make pricing clear before any work begins.

Our Service Commitment

We take pride in our work and aim for your full satisfaction. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we'll do our best to make it right.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Cleaners is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Please notify us promptly of any concern so we can address it.
