What we clean

Your agreement lists your exact scope, built from your walkthrough. Typical commercial service covers:

• General areas — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, entry glass
• Restrooms — full sanitation and restocking
• Kitchens & break rooms — counters, sinks, tables, exterior appliances
• Work areas & offices — desks (papers left exactly where they are), high-touch disinfection
• Lobby, reception & mailroom — surfaces, floors, glass
• Amenity spaces — poolside areas, fitness rooms, clubhouses, conference rooms as agreed

Flat weekly pricing

One number, locked for your initial term. Supplies and equipment included — you only stock your own restroom/break room consumables.

Larger spaces or higher frequency? You'll get a custom flat quote at your free walkthrough.

The terms, in plain English

• Schedule: we clean on the days and time window we agree on — including after-hours
• Term: an initial term you choose, then month-to-month. Either side can end it with 30 days notice
• Billing: simple invoices, payable by card or ACH via Stripe, or check
• Cancel a visit: free with 24 hours notice
• Security: your keys, codes, and alarm procedures are safeguarded and returned; anything unusual is reported within 24 hours
• Insured: general liability insurance — certificate available on request

Our guarantee

If anything about a visit isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean those areas within 2 business days, free. You're never locked into paying for work you're not happy with — that's the whole point of the flat rate and the 30-day out.
